Life is going alright. Working on a crypto assignment for the class for extra credit that's probably *way* too hard. (for reasons I'll not bore you with) First period was quiet and mostly attentive, with not much mouthing off. (I guess the pop quiz told them I was sick of being fucked with)

Best friend coming into town this weekend for my birthday celebration. Wine tasting party, followed by crashing someone *elses* birthday celebration. Also a haircut. Should be a hoot.

At the Super Bowl party, a couple of my friends (a brother sister set) asked me about my crush. Specifically in regards to my interest level in her, since it appears the brother wouldn't mind dating her. Since everyone is going to be at my not-party, I figure I ought to force the issue now to prevent a potential emotional clusterfuck down the road. (Course, I could just get them to go out and find a new crush. Also, I might be worrying about the situation overlymuch)

Crush was not here when I got home, which always makes Tuesdays a little more disappointing.
