I just read the transcript of Jon Stewart kicking the crossfire goons around like the fucking shitbags they are. As I was reading it, I noticed at the end 'On the right, I'm Tucker Carlson.' 'For the left, I'm Paul Begala' It's hard to argue with news as entertainment when they're basically say 'Tonight I'll be playing the part of someone who is completely conforms to the ideologically of one party' rather than 'Tonight I'll be playing a reasonable human being.'
Instead, they just puke out whatever bullshit archtype they're supposed to mimic.
