I rock because I've created a workaround to Win XP's shitty ICS DHCP IP Address Range limitation. Trying to work out how to set up a VPN from my computer, on my private network to my work's network. Trouble is they have the same internal address range 192.168.0.X, and with me having a shitty old Win XP proxy using ICS, it would cause a mega problem as there would be IP conflicts between the VPN and my network. Bit what's that I hear, yes stick an extra IP onto the proxy (192.168.100.1), and set my comp to use that as the default gateway. Bob's yer uncle and aunt, VPN works and I can go to sleep knowing I've still got it.
