I live in a land where panic and fear are the currency of modern life…
I want to live in one of the appaertments I've seen in my dreamland. It is basically tower blocks, but rather than being built up out of the grond, they are built in a massive canyon type thing with residences all the way up the walls. The canyon must be many miles long and is open at one end. The other end gradually tapers up to a high point. There are lifts that run on the outside of the walls of the canyon, which the walls are sloped at about 10-15 degrees.
The appearance is all glass and rock, by day it's a bit gloomy at the bottom of the canyon, but the large amonts of glass everywhere reflect and allow as much light as possible in. By night, the lift structures are illuminated and the floor of the canyon are lit up. It all looks quite magical.
If I remember this canyon was the one that was across the wobbly bridge over the big river. My dreamland is so detailed, I love exploring there.
