I've been a good lad with my exercises sort of. Didn't do anything on Friday or Saturday, but I've done about 10 minutes last night and tonight. That's all I need to keep myself doing. If I can do 10 minutes each night, it'll all come good. Any more I do is a bonus.

I love the dreams I have where it's like a film. That's probablly why I don't watch that many films because I dream so many of them that when I actually watch the film I always think "Seen this."

The other night I had a dream that was a mix of plots from loads of different places. Part of it was the Half Life 2 storyline, but the aliens weren't agressive. And they took on female forms and required education in how humans reproduce. That was my favourite part.

I was part of a minority of people who were immune to a mind control virus they were using to control the population. The majority of the population became enslaved, a bit like the matrix.

It was far too long to detail, but basically I was faced with a choice of either living a life of luxury at the hospitality of the aliens and with the human race as my servants, or of continuing resistance and most likely being killed. I chose the life of luxury like 99.9% of other people would.
