I'm trying real hard to be positive and not gripe, but I really do hate my roomate. Don't get me wrong, I like her as a person, and she is a family friend, but as someone to share a house with.....I can't stand her.
I rent from family, we were in a 1 year lease, which has expired. Now I'm just monh to month. She finally has a decent paying job, so it may be time for the one of us has to go talk. We do have a nice arrangement though, I pay the rent and she pays the bills. This is because she has an old BLIND dog. The dog is a Norwegian Elkhound... kinda like a small Husky. It is a cold weather dog. So she leaves half the lights on in the house (BLIND!!!!!!!!) and the AC going full blast. As long as she pays for it I don't care. The lights are in her name incase she doesn't pay too.
If I get lucky and she decides to move out instead of staying then I might get a new roomate, depending. I can afford the rent and bill on my own easily enough. But a roomie just means more spare cash, but at the price of a relative stranger living in the house. I'm thinking of adding a master bedroom+full bath to the other end of the house and knocking out the wall between rooms and making it a 2 large bedroom house because the bedrooms in that place are Tiny. Like 1 bedroom apt, 10x12 tiny. Owner says he'd add annother $100 to the rent if I have him do all that, but I think it'll be money well spent.

I've finally got my myspace set up halfway. I started tinkering with the basic html tags. I used to mess around with site building, but that was back when I was like 14... I don't remember half this shit anymore.
But fear not, for as I tinker, it is slowly comming back to me. I might even get around to building myself small website, but I wouldn't hold your breath waiting. If I do get one up I'll have to design it myself, I just have a great reluctance to pay someone to do something for me when I know I could do it myself.
Oh yeah, I finally got around to ordering Lennon's CDs. I've got to raise 6 tons of holy hell with Shep since I'm still waiting on my SG order...
Oh well.
