The birthday party was a blast, few friends flew in from Cali for a week. You haven't lived till you've taken three drunk people, who have n ever been out of Cali, to roam Music Row. I've haven't heard so much mocking of
the southern accent, since I first moved to Cali. Still it was a very fun week.
But all is not well in Acid's World.........
There was a shootout in my fucking front yard agian, I have come to realise that the hair/nail salon across the street from my house is the friendly neighborhood drug dealer also, they rent out the empty part of the building for partys. So I get home from work last night about 1:30 am as per norm, close my front door, take two steps and a fucking bullet come wizzing through the door
, 5 second slower and it would have hit me about center of the chest. 
As you can imagine, I was NOT a happy camper. After about fifty more rounds go off and then it gets quiet, and a shitload of cops appear. They got the dead guy out of my front yard After a quick check, I found out that my state, (TN) does not have an assault weapon ban anymore, and I can get a new Romanian AK47 for the low low price of $449, no federal permits required 
I've been looking for an excuse to start my gun collection and now I have one.
Anyone got any suggestions on some good quality guns? I'm already looking into getting a post war Broomhandle Mauser ( for those of you who have played Resident Evil 4, it would be the Red 9) I looked at getting a Desert Eagle untill I actually held one in my hand. Those things are HUGE, I don't have small hands, but I could barely get my hand around the .45 s handle, the .50 cal is a mandatory 2 handed afair. It was a fucking BLAST to shoot though!
