anybody know anything about back spasms? i was at the computer about 30 minutes ago when i suddenly felt the worst pain of my life, and didn't subside until i laid flat on my stomach for 20 minutes. at this point, i cannot stand or sit and am typing this on my knees with one elbow on the chair. what the fuck?
