I've tried...but I just get the:
"Well, it was our place, first...you're the new-comer" Shpeal....

They're just too lazy to take their smoking outside.

The worst part, is that I work with babies and little kids all the time...and all my clothes now smell like cigarette smoke! It's sooo not fair to them.
