Wow, I got to see Muse on the weekend. Was a big surprise. A friend from work (well, I used to be my work) called last Wednesday and told me they had a spare ticket to see Muse. I couldn't say no to that! And they turned down my offer to pay for the ticket... so FREE concert for meeeee!

We were unfortunately seated in the nosebleed section pretty much, but who am I to complain! I was just so happy to have been offered the ticket! I can't wait to tell my friend Muller. He loves Muse, but missed out... I'll be sure to make out it was 100 times better than it actually was.
It really surprised me, I always liked Muse, but never got heaps into them. Man, I gotta listen to more of these guys, I was amazed at how good a lot of their tracks are - and they sound so polished live, which can be tough to achieve with the more studio sound they seem to have with their albums.
I finally saw A Scanner Darkly the other day. Incredible movie. Robert Downey Jr. is so fucking brilliant in this movie! Watched it again last night at about 2am because I just couldn't stop thinking about it. I love movies that keep you thinking about them like that. I'm keen to read the Philip K. Dick novel now! Oh, and I am going to marry Winona Ryder.
Speaking of weddings, I gotta go to a cousin's wedding next weekend. If someone could please kill me before then, I'd really appreciate it. Fuck man, that was a killer segue just then.
