There is good news, and there is bad news. First the bad news:
I tried to get U2 tickets last Monday for their Sydney show in March. I failed my mission. Seems everyone wants to go. Bastards.
The good news:
A second show has been announced for Sydney. Tickets on sale Monday morning at 9am. I must not fail. I have lives depending on me, including my own life. I will die if I don't get to see this concert. I always miss there concerts, and I've been wanting to go to one since '93. I never have money at the time, but now I have the money, but can't get a ticket.
Purple Sneakers (my fave little bar) has Quan from Regurgitator DJing on Friday, I am looking forwadr to it. I get the impression he is into 80s type stuff, which is my one true weakness. I am hoping for some Gary numan, Depeche Mode, PIL and Joy Division. Am I hoping for too much??? I also hope to find a hot woman who likes to fuck dickheads. Of course this is under the provisor that I maintain some control over my drinking. I get strong urges to dance like an idiot when I drink, and then it's all downhill from there.
Two more days of work... can I make it? Only time will tell.

actually the night life is pretty rad, Montreal is a really great place to party, exspecially if your under 21 and from the states.
