  • Airport arrivals
  • L'Oreal for Kids™ Blueberry Smoothie shampoo
  • Hair art
  • Revisiting my childhood
  • Having things in my house that are hers
  • How much better we work as a team
  • Her face when looking at my city's flora and fauna
  • Grocery shopping
  • Swamp cows
  • Running across highways
  • South Beach sunsets with her
  • When she's happy, giggly, excited, or pleased; moreso when it's because of me
  • Finding out which side is mine
  • Our ever growing list of things to do


Things that make me sad:

  • Airport departures
  • Dropping iBooks
  • Car horns and city traffic
  • When she shrugs at most of my pop culture references
  • Inflicting my mother on her
  • Gluten
  • Dead batteries
  • Wanting things that are either too expensive or don't exist
  • Things being closed or not working like they should
  • When she's sad, tired, hungry, or stressed; moreso when it's because of me
  • Rushing to fit everything in
  • Realizing how much was left undone
