I've been taking road trips to different parts of the state about once a month for about 18 months now, mostly if not entirely for parties with friends I know from another site or more recently this one. With that comes stays in various hotels, and the few hours of sleep I try to get in the wee hours of the morning before a maid comes knocking at my door telling me to get the hell out.

Though I haven't spent the longest night of the year at home in years, usually I'm at Fantasy Fest where hotels are a luxury. Last night was the first time I was able to take advantage of the time difference and stick it to the hotel industry by sleeping in an extra hour for free. So what do I do? I forget to turn back my clock, wake up an hour early, checkout, and drive home before I realize what happened. Blah.

Anyway, thanks to Nina and her husband for hosting the party; I had fun and I'm looking forward to the next one I'll update with a pic of my Space Ghost costume soon as someone posts one.
