acedia

today it snowed. and in portland that is pretty rare. I looked outside and theres was 4-5 inches of snow and the news still said that it was only going to snow an inch! All the schools, including mine and the boys colleges were shut down. So we went to our friends house and took a skateboard we had waxed and bombed down random hills. we also managed to think it was a good idea to try and take T's car up the steep hill, ended up almost hitting a lamp post and then eventually hit someone else car putting a dent in it. too bad for them. All these neighbors start coming outside to watch us try to get this car backed up and eventually some small ass little jeep rolls around, hooks some chains up and pulls it out of its spot. My feet and hands are still feeling numb and I've been inside for a good hour or so.
Pretty happy that one of these kids works at pizza hut so we could get some free pizzas during this cold weather.
I have to go to school tomarrow and I'm hoping they don't dick me out of signing up for one more class considering the dead line was today to sign up. I swear if they do I'll punch someone. I almost want to switch schools because of how many times this place has fucked me over but don't have the energy to transfer all my credits, get into classes after the beginning of the term and not to mention no where else has the degree I'm working on at the moment. I'm counting down the days until I graduate from here and transfer to PNCA to get my bachelors in photography. This weather would be great for some pictures and the other day I finally took out my camera to go out but instead we all sat around. I hate when I'm not doing the hobby I used to love love so much. Miss going out on those 4am walks to downtown to have those few free minutes to myself and capture what I saw, or capturing my friend's faces, the ones I don't see anymore. boo.

I hope it snows tomarrow, these kids get rowdy, I think a snowball fight is in the works in the next hour or so....
