The Second Amendment is a lot like the First Amendment. You should be able to practice it however to want, to whatever extent you want, without legal repercussions as long as you're not causing harm. Doesn't mean you're not an asshole, though.

I can be so horridly transparent at times. But it explains the odd looks.
tristane:
That is an interesting question, still I wouldn't quite agree.
I do care about monogamy - but not as a concept. What gives monogamy value is the outspoken decision between two people to be faithful, the promise, not the principle of two people traditionally being bound by social norms. Thus, if we got involved the boundaries of our relationship would be cleared out early on. For example, I wouldn't care so much about sex, but I would be deeply hurt if he would get emotionally involved with another girl. Holding hands would be worse than sleeping around.
Further on, since I know the guy, I seriously doubt I have rewarded him in any way. He is most likely as high and mighty as a fresh pile of dog poo.
A more interesting ethical problem would therefore be whether it was really worth it to put a friend of mine in such a great moral dilemma.

Some days, it feels like I'm the last person on Earth who really cares about William Hung.

Archer is a pretty fun show. But I like just about anything for which H. Jon Benjamin supplies a voice.

All the cool kids are doing it, I guess.

Ask me anything.

Sure they're occasionally productive, but I tend to argue philosophical minutiae most people don't care about. And the whole thing requires too much restraint; without being able to vent steam by sometimes calling people stupid and not really meaning it, I'll eventually tell people what I really think of them. That would be regrettable.

Why stay away from CE? It brings out the worst in people. Particularly me.

Or why build a new computer? I'm out of space and don't have room for any more discs.
tristane:
Which one of them; giving him the space to pursue other girls, or the gleeful wish that she would never be as good as me.

I just don't get Type O Negative. Sorry. I just don't.

This:

Is, as far as I can tell, about a half step up from this:

This and other random thoughts brought to you by Waiting For Steam To Download A New Game(tm).

After watching 300 and Spartacus: Blood and Sand, I've learned they had a lot of two things in the Bronze Age: red capes, and slow motion.

EDIT

And English people.
