Or conversation in groups, anyways.
I currently hold the most recent posts in the Antique Medical Equipment, Of Heaven And Heretics, Agnostics, Trip Hop, and English Usage groups.
The English Usage one is less than 24 hours old, but I can feel that venom permeating the group suddenly. There may be a few final twitches of activity, but they're futile denials of the death that is to come. The rest are all at least a week old. Their corpses begin to rot.
What's also great is starting a thread that you think should spark some fun conversation and watching it sink like the Titanic. I'm not sure if it would be better if people would post in it strictly to say "SHITTY THREAD, YOU'RE BORING" or not.
Anyone else feel like this?
I should note that I'm not trying to be emo about this, I think it's hilarious. I have a horrible sense of humor.
