I got my new boots today. Here thay are:

I really don't want to go to work tomorrow. I'm getting tired of the whole Saturday 8am til 8pm thing. It would be alright if I was busy all day but I sit in my cubicle (and I'm the only person in the whole building all day) and I usually get an average of about 5-7 calls total.
Luckily, March 1st is the end of my 3 month trial period and I will be a perm employee and no longer contract. I will probably get a raise too!!! Drinks are on me (if I drank and had someone to drink with)
And we are hiring a bunch more people so I will hopefully soon be moved to a normal 8-6 shift.
Last night was my best friends wife's birthday. We went to the Masquerade for 80's night. We chose there because my best friend and I met his wife there, we all used to go every Wed & Thurs from '93 til '96, the Masquerade has been sold and is closing in a few months and I used to work there in '95. I think we decided that since there's only a few months left, we might start going every Thursday until it's closed; might as well enjoy it while we still can. We have sooooo many good memories of that place. Gonna be sad to see it go.
