A vibrant woman shared with me a piece of advice that had been given her by someone she respects very much: "If you love someone, let them go. If they come back, they'll be yours forever." She has been very fortunate in taking this advice for now she and the one she loves are together. They are so very beautiful together. They are two of the most beautiful people I've had the honor of knowing in this life - and I've known a lot of beautiful souls. What a blessing!

I've no reason to expect I won't continue to encounter such beauty. I've no reason to think I will suddenly cease to recognize it. I do, however, have every reason to expect that, with each passing day, I will come to appreciate, respect and cherish what beauty does surround me ever more.
