I will be taking a cruise to New Zealand and Australia in 14 days! (hope the storms cease while im on an ocean liner in the middle of the Tasmanian sea!)

On arrival in Auckland, you will be met by a Goway Representative and transferred to your hotel. A pre-registered night has been booked so the group will be able to check-in upon arrival. The balance of your day is at leisure.The city of Auckland with a population of almost one million is the main gateway city to New Zealand. The domi-nating features of the Auckland cityscape are the graceful lines of the Harbour Bridge, the sparkling waters of Waite-mata Harbour and the Hauraki Gulf. Auckland is a cosmopolitan city with lovely boutiques, fine shops and restau-rants.Accommodation: Rydges Harbourview Auckland Hotel

27JAN SIGHTSEEING DEPART AUCKLAND ON CRUISE (B)
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. This morning you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Queen City, Auckland. Highlights include the bustling downtown and waterfront areas, points of historic interest, a 360 degree panorama of this sprawling city from the summit of Mount Eden, an extinct volcano. Your coach will transfer you to the Cruise Pier to board the luxurious Diamond Princess. Ship departs at 6:00pm.

08FEB ARRIVE SYDNEY - SIGHTSEEING 7:00AM
GDay and welcome to Australia! On arrival in Sydney you will be met at the Cruise pier for your full day City Sight-seeing tour. On route to your accommodation you will drive through the historic 'Rocks' area where Australia was first founded with its maze of terrace houses, restored warehouses, pubs and restaurants. Drive under the famous 'coat hanger', the Sydney Harbour Bridge and view Sydney's famous architectural masterpiece, the Sydney Opera House. You will enjoy a guided tour of the Opera House.
Continue through the commercial area of the city passing the historical buildings of Macquarie Street - Parliament House, The Mint and Hyde Park Barracks. Alight at Mrs Macquarie's Chair for breathtaking views of the city and harbour. Proceed through cosmopolitan Kings Cross and exclusive garden suburbs to the Gap on the ocean head-land at Watsons Bay. You will enjoy a guided tour of the Botanical Gardens.
Return to the city and your hotel via famous Bondi Beach and Paddington, the trendy Victorian suburb of restored terrace houses richly decorated with cast-iron lace. You will check into the hotel after your full day tour.

09FEB FLY SYDNEY TO MINNEAPOLIS (B)
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. This morning, you will be transferred to the Sydney Airport for your return flights home.
