I am glad that your doggie is doing better.

I really haven't had a best friend for a long time, not since mine got married had kids and moved far far away (Germany at first and now closer...Arizona). I think the best part about her is that no matter how much time has past we always pick things up where we last left them. There are friends that I later look at and think, what the hell was I thinking hanging out with them (bad influences, treated me like crap etc. etc.) but Val has always been cool, and funny, her hubbie and her can crack you up like no ones business!
