raccoon isnt really in my totem, but two autumns ago they were showing up for me a lot. i got the idea for the costume when i was doing a sitting meditation at my center one night, and i was right by a sliding glass door. i was wearing a fuzzy hat with ears, too. a movement caught my eye and i looked out the door to discover someone else was looking in...a raccoon!! he was watching us meditate, and seemed totally startled by my fuzzy ears! smile
