Tonight I saw something beautiful. A slam that raised the bar in my mind for what spoken word really is. It was literally people dueling with words. Swords for sentences man, it rocked. And so that being said, I may have painted myself into a corner. I told a friend that I would read if he did, and he called my bluff. So now I have committed myself to reading my stuff. But to be honest I have NEVER read anything for anyone besides closest friends. (big gulp inserted here)
