So, haven't posted in a bit. Feeling like I've been stuck in the ring for months, and no one is hitting the bell, just a non-stop pummeling of sh**. Reopening a restaurant after the pandemic shut down. Then the two towns next to me being burned down due to arson, one of which is where the kitchen I work at is located. Luckily the business was standing, surrounded by the burnt out husks of what use to be homes and businesses. Even our own business partially burnt. Then, here I am...laid off for awhile due to another shut down. Still haven't been able to collect my unemployment. Just hoping to get back into the kitchen again soon.
