New York Steak, Red Potatoes, and Asparagus

A seared Waygu New York Steak, herb rubbed and baked Red Potato wedges, and Asparagus sautéed in garlic, garnished with fresh parsley, scallions, and chives. Simplicity, and deliciousness. Seared medium rare.

Rainbow Trout pan-fried in a cast iron pan with fresh herbs, olive oil, butter, and garlic, served on a bed of mixed greens tossed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, garnished with snow peas, sesame seeds and parsley, with a side of Garlic Toast Points.
