Had such a nice Sunday! Beautiful weather to run without feeling like I'm dying out there lol. Me and my brother hit the track and lunged for about 800 meters then ran about half a mile, and now I'm definitely feelin it in my hamstrings and ass! *Pain is weakness leaving the body* So as much as I'm whining now, I know the payoff will be worth it when I step out for the first time in one of this year's bathin suits!
