I have made a big decision. Well, big for me, at least.
Starting today, I am going to be actively trying to get over Adam. Not just sitting and waiting for it to happen, looking at pictures and getting depressed. I had a wonderful time with him, the best of my life. But I know it's over now. Even if we were to get back together, I still wouldn't be able to see him for months.
I do still love him, yes, but I know I probably always will.
I am going to get over him, and I'm going to do it soon.

Making a resolution to let it go has made a world of difference for me.
I miss him, of course, but in so many ways we still have each other. It does seem pretty unfair to me sometimes that I can't have someone forever, but everything is temporary and its so senseless to grasp.
