I just woke up and my neck is still blocked from yesterday evening. I cant move my head left nor right. It makes me laugh alone, I look ridiculous because I always forget and then it huuuuuuuuuuuuuurts. Lol.

Je pense que tu as un torticoli, en gnral c'est d tes muscles qui sont bloqus. Tu peux aller voir en pharmacie pour acheter une pommade chauffante qui "dtend" les muscles. En attendant, tu peux te chauffer la nuque avec une bouillotte ou un sche-cheveux, a soulage. En tout cas protge bien ta nuque du froid sinon a va s'empirer!

I messed up my neck many times from crashes during my racing career, but I never really found any magical remedy. Heat is good - another option apart from what's already been mentioned is directing a hot shower at the problem. It doesn't sound like you have a serious injury - it should get better over time.
