i started classes a couple days ago, i only have one new instructor, and she seems pretty decent.
my art instructor informed me that i'll be continuing my partial art scholarship(which means that she did all the paperwork for me, and turned it in, in the interim), she's probably one of the most amazing people i've ever met. she's also gotten the dean, to allocate a space at the school for a large street art project(graffiti/stencil/etc.) that my class will be taking part in, inspired by banksy. like i said, she's fucking rad.(go see her art[tonyakehoe.com])
my lit professor gave s speech about how there were too many people in his class(approx. 35), and that for proper attention to be paid and given to the material and each other, that we should just drop his class. it's almost the same speech that got me to take another one of his classes. fucking rad instructors pt.II
my writing instructor is also a pretty amazing woman, you contract for a grade in her classes, and they're all pass/fail, so if you work your ass off, you're almost guaranteed an A, and nothing is off limits. nothing. also, a fabulous person to have as a teacher.
i'm taking math for retards 101, because i dropped out of school in 9th grade and took what ended up being a 15 year hiatus. that instructor also seems pretty "straight-no-chaser", which i love, so i think it's going to be a pretty decent semester. thank-fucking-god.
it's my third semester back, after my hiatus, and i've been maintaining all A's n B's across the board. pretty decent for a kid no one thought would ever amount to shit. especially given that during the course of these semesters, i had a close friend die, two others attempt suicide, had my backpack stolen right before midterms with all of my finished work in it, taken care of my mother almost, to more than a full time nurse, caught and fought felony and aggravated misdemeanor charges, went through rehab, and all of the other things that i'm not even going to mention here.
it's been crazy, but i'm here to rock-rock'on.
lets fuckin' do this thing already.

i wanted to say thanks for the temperance and the honesty. for the record i am open to all constructive criticism. (some of the criticism in the hopefuls group has a very cold aloof holier than thou even mocking kind of air. its disappointing, this not american idol, or top model, or something.)
i took my pictures away because i can. i vascillate between overt exhibitionism and a searing desire to be unseen. ill put more up soon.
i like poor photo quality sometimes too. the static i think can be artful .
