Trust yourself to do it. You can. It may take a while and a lot of patience. It's hard for me not to blame myself or others for my loneliness but then I get back to a place where I am better and I do my best to enjoy my time, even my alone time. I keep following my interests and hope I can find good friends to hang out with in those places. The problem is that so much of this culture takes place online which only makes us more lonely.
