So, uh, a (very) distant neighbor (from the end of the street behind me) knocks on my door today while one of my mom's friends had stopped in to try to get her number from me.
She asked me about my dog (A pyr who I pretty much let roam the subdivision) and if I had been feeding it, and I assured her that I was and asked her to please let me know if he was bothering anyone and I'd put him in the fence, but let her know that I just let him roam because he likes it more and is really a very harmless dog. (A herder)
So anyway, my mom's friend goes on a tangent, and I then have to stand there for 2 hours and listen to him talk about history and the government and current government until my ears bleed because from what I can gather his train of thought was: irresponsible dog owning > .. missed some steps here > bush is a coke-head and asked him to 'pack his nose' personally once > something about making a shirt that says "LET THEM EAT THEIR CAKE" > aristocracy > democracy > everyone should get off their asses and vote.
