Random thought time:
- One of my best friends is flying in from Alberta tonight. I met this guy at a Student Leadreship conference a few years back. It was my first conference, I was scared and feeling out of place. Jodes was in his room rolling a fat joint and I walked by, saw it and stopped dead in my tracks.
Our friendship has blossomed ever since. But it is much more than a pot smoking friendship - this dude is totally on the same level as me and if and when I get married ... Jodes will prolly be the person I ask to be my best man.
I am SOOOOOOOO stoked to be seeing him again. He moved to Alberta a year or so ago from Kitchener. I had MANY an interesting day in Kitchener visiting him. It shall be a great ... day. If I even see him for that long. But whatever - fun times will be had.
- This is a lil old ... but I've been meaning to post about this for a few weeks now. Just before the NHL finally decided to shut it down for good for the year, I was waiting for a street car and looked at the three newspaper boxes. I laughed my ass off at what I saw.
On the Globe and Mail, the headline read, "Hockey Season Is Dead"
On the Toronto Star box right beside, the headline read, "NHL Season in Limbo - Talks on to Save Game" (or something along those lines)
And finally ... the Toronto Sun box, to the far right, ran the bold headline of "Gretzky and Lemieux Save the Season!"
So I stodd there looking from left to right repeating to myself ... shit - the season is over ... but hey - they're still trying to work it out ... HOYL SHIT! THE SEASON IS ON!! ... oh ... wait ... nope - it's done for the year. But hey ... apparently they're still talking ... who knows ... SWEET! It's on!!!

- I'm happy to see MLE's new set is up. Maybe now she'll shut the fuck up about it not being posted yet. LOL
But really ... she makes me go

and I sometimes want to 
her ... but then I realize that I have no clue where Delaware is. Plus she'd prolly think I were a 
for even wanting to kiss her.
