I was asked last week by an American friend of mine if I ever appriciated snow, since being in Toronto, I see it all the time and deal with it on an ongoing basis.
Well ... after being in a car accident today thanks to the snow ... after shovelling both my and my elderly neighbours driveways ... after freezing my ass off helping this guy push his car back onto the road after spinning out and plowing his car into my other neighbours front yeard ... I have a resounding answer for you.

Forget all the crap ... I had so much fun tonight. I am still such a little kid.
When I was nine I would have never imagined that my future self, at 25, would be having a snowball fight with friends and making snow angels.
But there I was ... lying in my backyard making ANOTHER snow angel since the last one I made got snowed in.
And there I was tonight, laughing my ass off as I threw snowball after snowball at my friends ... and getting them plastered right back left right and centre.
Sure ... it's fucking cold ... but snow is THE SHIT!! It's not only fun ... but it is so pretty too. I love watching it fall ... trying to catch a flake on my tongue ... just ... being a kid again.
