Since Canada shall be royally screwed in a matter of weeks ... where should I move?

I'm almost serious about this. I don't think I want to live in Canada anymore if Stephen Harper wins.

And there is absolutely no way I'd move to the States ... that's why I don't want Haper to win - he's gonna make Canada a clone of the States.

So ... suggestions anyone? What's a good country to live in.

Must have: decent pot laws, great health care, equality rights, freedom of expression, ... hell ... it's gotta be like Canada ... but without an idiotic leader wanting to totally change the country.
