I've just had a wonderful breakfast with family and friends down at manly harbour at a great little cafe, it is a gorgous day with perfect temp and the sun on the water looks fantastic. Flying out to a little country town this weekend called Inglewood to source some cheap property (& have a picnic haha) it's about 250km south west of Brisbane. They grow olives and wine.

Thanks for the invitation but I am a bit too cash strapped to look at investing in property at the moment.

Please don't take it the wrong way but my firm would be too expensive to do your conveyances. Believe me from the angst of having to convince the clerk to reduce their time on a unit conveyance they did for my aunt a few years ago. I don't work in that area so I don't know anyone who is both competent and charges a fair fee.

when I was teenager we would often camp on the beach and build a large bonfire and when the sun went down we would let the fire die down and start walking naked over the coals while everyone stood around howling it was very emotionally charging, yes a very vivid experience.
