I've just had a wonderful breakfast with family and friends down at manly harbour at a great little cafe, it is a gorgous day with perfect temp and the sun on the water looks fantastic. It's good to be alive, it was one of those great little moments that make all the trials of life worthwhile and I now feel all warm and fuzzy.
