Well I have just gotten back from Tassie last night, my Brother and I had to go down to check out the farm and make sure it was runniing ok and according to plan, still after we had finished we had a bit of time to do the turest thang and take a look around, I am always on the lookout for good farm house cheese's and we found a delightfull little dairy that make the best cloth bound cheese ever and it's called the Pyengana Dairy Company.
Tassie is also the only place I know of where you can be swimming in the ocean and then an hour and a half later be playing in the snow.
