Oops! Also, found out the other day haloumi isn't waht they use for saganaki. It is similar, though. The saganaki cheese has a name with a billion letters. I can't remember it. But, did ya get some?!
If you ever make it to Melb, and we catch up, I vote we spend the entire time eating cheese. Well, till we throw up anyway.
