So I saw Star Wars this weekend. And after leaving the theater, on the way to find a cab to go home, I projectile vomit all over the sidewalk. No warning that I was about to puke, just all of a sudden I was sick. I was up most of the night getting sicker and sicker. Feeling better now, but damn, that dimmed the great feeling I had after seeing such a great movie. What can you do though?
Right now I'm just kinda broken down and tired. I've barely eaten anything since Sunday, so my whole body is kinda shaky, but I'm getting better with each passing day. I might leave work early again today. Ugh.

rest and if you can keep anything down, go for gatorade or pedialite- which is ideal... then to the soft crackers or rice, bananas... and move back up to other foods... no dairy for a while
