BLAH BLAH BLAH ... that seems to be all I hear anymore when people are discussing politics. It isn't that I don't understand politics anymore, its frankly that I've lost a lot of interest in making the United States a better place. When your leaders can't work together on the simplest of issues, and they only point fingers charging each other with guilt of abusing power, while at the same time, that finger they are pointing is their own abuse of power. This reminds me of playground justice and we are back in gradeschool. I was disciplined for acting the ways they are acting when I was younger, but apparently once you are old enough, you can be as much of a child as you want and walk away without thinking twice about what you've done.

My question to the world: Do you believe in accountability?

My answer: I can hardly recall accountability anymore.

I have no confidence in the human race anymore. I do have confidence in individuals, but those individuals are so few and far between, how can a person like myself live and function in our society?

Thank god I'm a passifist who despises violence, otherwise I think I might turn out to be a terrorist. It scares me that I can actually say that.

The old phrase, "The pen is mightier than the sword." Does that phrase apply to our world anymore?

Sorry, been reading too much lately, and it has just made me jaded. I really shouldn't pay attention to politics, it only upsets me, but I suppose it should upset me. Meh.
