Oh man, so last night I did another session at the gym. I can already feel the difference in my muscles. And the running ... well, for someone who is one of the laziest bastards ever, 4.8 miles will do the trick. I'm hoping by the end of next week to boost that number up to between 8 and 10 miles. We'll see about that though. That's a hell of a distance to boost to.
