Yeah, so last night I went to see Spiderman 2. I gave the movie a nice little tag ...
Spiderman 2 - IDENTITY CRISIS!
If you are doing an action movie, do an friggin action movie. Let us not sit and cry over wanting your own life, then switching out of drama for a moment of action, then switching to comedy, then switching back to drama to try and resolve the issues you just brought up. There is a reason that dramas are generally hours upon hours long, they need time to resolve, without lacking substance. Sadly, the substance lacked greatly because they kept interrupting the drama to make you laugh or get excited about a fight (one of very few I might add). Overall, the movie, in parts, was good. The movie in its entirety could have been done better. One plot at a time. And superhero movies are supposed to have LOTS of action. Sorry, I read too many comics now, and I feel I have a better concept of how things should be ... well ain't I just special. Um, yeah ....
I am very tired today. Been running myself ragged, partly due to the amount of drinking I've been doing lately, its one thing to drink, its another not to take time away from it, and I'm really feeling the need to, although I doubt it will happen, since tonight I am going to a comedy show, tomorrow I will be meeting Primadonna, and whenever I meet someone, I almost always tend to have a drink with them, just because the aid alchohol brings in relaxing you makes coversation so much easier, especially for an anti-social like me. And then on Sunday, well, as per my usual, we are firing up the smoker, and I'm sorry, but you just can't have a nice smoked dinner without a beer. All in moderation though, I'm not getting trashed every night, so that is good. I think.
Just rambling now, I feel as though I ought to write, but I really have very little to say.
