Nice weekend, though I'd be lying if I said I remembered it well. Nonetheless, it was quite a fantastic time. Met Alfie over the weekend, and its scary how much she looked/acted/sounded like someone I know. But she was able to smoke more than I had expected (so much so, that I was almost unprepared), actually this was true for most of her friends as well. Bowl after bowl after bowl. Quite an impressive folk.
On Sunday I did some long-overdue cleaning, and continued smoking through my weekend. Nothing all together exciting, but it was pleasant nonetheless.
Tonight I'll be going home and trying out a peach lambic made by Cantillon. Today at the liquor store, the clerk commented on my superb selection of beers. I must say, he was quite right: I do know how to select the most fantastic flavored beers.
