The return from vacation always sucks. Especially when you are boarding a plane while drunk/hungover/strungout ... whatever combination you might be at the time. Then comes work the next day. Ouch. But the vacation was amazing. Nebraska might not be an exciting place, but it is the most peaceful vacation I can imagine.
So now I have a farmers tan, just like to note that. I sat on my parents front porch and played chess with my best friend that I have known since birth, and we smoked cigars and drank some good German beer. Yes, I was like an old man, but I can't think of anything else I would have preferred to do. If anyone here should ever visit Nebraska, one thing you must visit is a place called the Mill. It is a coffee house in the Haymarket area of downtown, and it is the best coffee house you will ever visit. The coffee is amazing, and it is just an atmosphere that can't be duplicated. Not to mention the nebraska folk are just an amazingly friendly crowd. Now I am back in Boston and I really wish I wasn't. I miss the perfect weather that I was enjoying, I miss the really clean air and water, the clean streets and the friendly people. Boston sucks for me right now. Fuck it all anyways. Back to the daily grind of corporate America!
