Just got back from Vancouver...put my new pink and blue IKEA pillowcases on the pillows...new sperm brush is in the kitchen! Ahhh yes...how do I love IKEA!

So the wierdest thing happened while at the trade show in Vancouver. My father and I are standing at this one booth and I notice this girl with awesome hair...didnt see her face though. Next thing I know I she turns around as she is leaving and it is an old friend of mine..Amalia! I met her through D a few years ago...turns out her band is going on tour and she is looking at some merch! Okay and here is the wierdest part, Amalia and I hadnt talked in about a year. Then last week sometime she sent out another of her mass emails about a show. I had gotten a few of these but decided to reply to this one. So about a week ago Amalia and I started talking again...and then we ran into each other in Van. IT was AWESOME! I was so happy...I love that girl so much. I swear her and I are meant to be friends She is one of the most amazing girls I have ever known, she is so full of love and has the most positive energy and is so giving. So I am going to be helping her get some merch for super cheap. Oh and if anyone across Canada is living in a major city and there is a jazz festival playing around you, go to it and check out her band, Sekoya. Its a show that you will not want to miss!

And a wierd thing I discovered about my cat, she wont eat anymore food if she can see the bottom of the food bowl. Isnt that odd??

Going to see Ani Difranco in about two hours...I have been trying to see that woman since grade 6!! And I will finally get to! I am soooooo excited. Must go get ready now....

Thank you everyone for the well wishes on my cold. I still have a terrible cough but the rest of me feels fine.
