sorry for the over-dramatic post.
it was for a couple reasons:
1) i was tired
2) i was bitchy
but the main reason:::
3) work has been insane.
i know i haven't really updated... but i have so busy its ridiculous.
on top of that, i hate my job.
and my co-workers have been making my life a living hell.
my boss (the executive director) has given me no direction at all on how to do anything until its the very last minute.
and i keep asking people for help and asking people questions and yet i'm getting nothing.
on top of that - the way they do some things is so ass backwards ... its ridiculous.
things are really politically charged there and it sucks ass.
i really wish we weren't entering into a recession right now. because then at least i could look for another job. but i think i'm gunna have to try and tough out the year long contract.
i'm lucky enough to be in the industry i'm in. and have a lot of culture // government // pr experience - with almost 4 yrs experience which means i'm guaranteed a good salary.
but fuck man ... .my job makes me want to kill things.
on top of that... i'm working the entire weekend.

on a brighter note.
(1) my friend steph is coming by tonight. she wants to update her portfolio and is coming to take some photos of me. i'll upload them when she sends them to me.
(2) change of venue for the feb gala fundraiser. annoucement soon.
