life has still been busy.
and a little bit on the strange side.

for those that have tried to get in touch with me (to no avail) - i offer my apologizes.
i swear to god - between work and all the other activities and events in my life. sometimes it's hard to pick up the phone and reach out.

i haven't been sleeping properly.
my house is a fucking mess.
i have gift bags and media passes everywhere.
i haven't done proper grocery shopping in almost 1.5 months.
the chaos in my house is making me feel disgusting.
and i wish i could just REST.

so the job that headhunted me ....
got me to do this personality test.
then never contacted me again. it was fucking ridiculous.
no - "thanks but no thanks". no - "unfortunately we're looking for someone more like this."
just nothing. and frankly, i don't have the time to chase after people .
i feel like i totally wasted my time on them. ugh.

i've been really big into advertising lately.
and finding out WHO did WHAT ads.

this ad has been a fav lately.
for obvious reasons.

so i've had more of my pieces go up on SoundProof
they mostly use me as their "electronic" writer.

i think my favourite piece would have to be the Bonde do Role piece.

PRiDE was sloppy for me.
ended up getting ridiculously drunk. like, stupid drunk. throwing up all over the place.
disgusting and embrassing.

this is me hungover at work the next day.
eventho i look happy, i felt like i was going to die.


but the rest of the weekend was amazing.
ended up hanging out with this guy :

who some of you might recognize as my ex-boyfriend, peter.
we've actually been hanging out a lot since NXNE. he's also a writer for SoundProof and we've been doing a lot of work together on festivals and shizz..
it's been 5 months since we really talked or even done anything together.
so the fact that we've been able to get this space and come back / re-group with our thoughts. i've told him how i felt about our 3 yrs together and that kind of thing ... it's been good.
really - i'm happy to be able to TALK to him. i don't want anything more. i just like that it's better.

but for the majority of the weekend, it was kellee and i hanging out.

my mom actually had the balls to ask me if kellee and i were dating, cos we've been hanging out so much lately.
to which i said - NO. we're just friends. which we are.

ohhhh ... so dudes. i think i'm gunna go to NYC in july!
