not too much to talk about at the moment beyond work and death it seems....ah well. work has sucked badly for a while now. since last monday i've worked every day but last thursday, and by friday i'll have had to work 9 of the 11 days...but then a whole weekend off i've been partyin it up lately tho. the past two nights have been spent in drunken bliss, so i cant complain too much. thank god for workin afternoons and not mornings

on a bit of a downer, my best friend's dad died yesterday. he was at the hospital i work at and i was on my lunch break when before i knew it i had a crying girl in my arms. she wasnt crying about her dad. she was glad it was finally over for him, that he was finally released. but her brother showed true form by being an insensitive prick to her. she seems ok, tho she cant get the look of his death mask out of her mind....i hope time will help w/ that, but since i lost my dad the same way, she comes to me for help. it brings back a lot of old emotions that i've tried to bury deep, so it's not easy. but she is my best friend, so if that's what it takes to get her thru this, i suppose i just gotta bite the bullet.

on a brigher note, tomorrow is my day off!!! anyone who is up for a night out, lemme know
