The weather today is perfect, cloudy and cool. It smells marvelous.
I've been really sick for a few days, but at least I can eat again. The girls are entertaining themselves, mercifully, while I mostly lay in bed. I feel restless and guilty, but I can't do anything about it. I get up for a few minutes at a time.
I am listening to a jazz musician named Sufjan Stevens. He's doing 50 concept albums as tributes to each of the 50 U.S. states. The Illinois one is pretty good. There's a song about John Wayne Gacy and one about The Blackhawk War and other good stuff I haven't the energy to type out.
