My parents sent me shoes for Christmas!
This was very kind of them. They didn't have to send anything. And I sincerely appreciate that they did.
The thing of it is, though, the shoes are awful. They are all-white sneakers, with no color whatsoever. They look like something the denizen of mental hospital -- either patient or employee -- might wear, and that part of my life is over!
Anyway, I thought I could solve the problem by decorating them somehow. Like making them look like those old WWII planes with the shark teeth and the eyes? Or dying them black and putting flames on them, or skulls and crossbones.
But I don't know how. Have any of you ever bedazzled a shoe?
The band Bear vs. Shark just announced it was breaking up.

I have waited all this time to see who would win ... the bear or the shark, and now I will never know.
