I feel as if I've been stuck in a cage for so long unable to escape. Some nights I am able to break free and enjoy the forbidden fruits of the night...but those occasions are few and far between.

But I choose this place, this prison ~ For it is also my security... a place where I feel safe, where life is predictable and stable inside the metal bars...Inside this house, this home, this marriage.
